We fetch this document again every day and compare it with the version we verified; if the district changes it, the dates here are read again.

Note: Dates read from a color-coded grid with legend and the side key lists; they agree with the attendance counts. The 'Approved by BOE' line has a blank date, so status is unknown. Teacher Institute days Aug 3-4 (no school for students) come before the first day. Nov 2 is a Parent Teacher Conference day (pink, counts as a day for teachers only): November shows 16 attendance days vs 17 teacher days, so students have no school that day. Half-days (School Improvement Days): Aug 26, Sep 23, Mar 3, May 5. Dec 18 is a one-hour early release. Last day is Jun 3 (half-day) if no emergency days are used; the blue days Jun 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 are make-up days used only if needed, and the last day would be Jun 10 (half-day) if all five are used. Good Friday is Mar 26 and Easter Monday Mar 29 falls within Spring Break (Mar 29 - Apr 9). Fall Break is two weeks. Juneteenth (Jun 19) falls on a Saturday and is not marked.
